Executive Training
The Executive Workshop is focused on linking the business
strategic plan to the business focus areas. This focused workshop will
take the leadership team through a process to transfer the corporate
business strategy and key competitive gaps into project clusters. The
champions will then convert these into actual projects. The Executive
session facilitates the alignment of the projects with metrics that
are important to meeting the business strategy and objectives.
Outline:
- Review current and past improvement efforts and their results
- Identify strategic business objectives
- Identify competitors, your company’s competitive position,
and the performance gaps in service and product value
- Identify and prioritize project clusters and service value gaps
that will be used by Champions to scope specific projects
Deliverables from the workshop include:
- Overview of Six Sigma and/or Design for Six Sigma process
- Review of the Corporate Business Strategy
- Review of competitive position and performance gaps in service
and product value
- Identification and prioritization of project clusters and service
value gaps
